ABOUT JACK BURNS



Jack is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Marriage & Family therapist who has been practicing in the metro Atlanta area since 1984. He has also done counseling for the Dr. Phil Show. ( see letter in Testimonial section of this website)
 
Although a WNY native, Jack graduated from Liberty Bible Institute in Lynchburg, Virginia. He then relocated to California and attended Biola University where he received a bachelor of arts degree in psychology and a master of arts degree in psychology from Pepperdine University. It was there that he developed his passion for counseling with a focus on marriage.
 
Jack has built a reputation from his unique blend of experience, knowledge and empathy. This is what distinguishes him from others in his field of expertise.
 
He believes in goal-oriented, interactive therapy with the aim of helping the individual/couple achieve their highest potential while becoming free from past and current problems.
 
Jack’s counseling approach combines a caring manner with a sense of humor and a deep belief in his ability to provide the necessary insights to ensure a happier and more fulfilling life for his clients.
 
Currently, Jack has counseling center locations in Kennesaw and Canton, Georgia. He offers conventional and Christian counseling to his clients.
